- Ownership chain unresolved. In 2022 Portage CyberTech, a majority-owned subsidiary of Converge Technology Solutions (Toronto), acquired Notarius. In April 2025 an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital (US private equity) acquired Converge and merged it into Pellera Technologies (Tallahassee, FL). No page found says whether Portage is still under Converge. Ask the vendor.
